Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including preparation of management accounts, bank reconciliation and related financial accounting duties.
- Prepare monthly billing and other accounting reports.
- Assist in year-end audit and taxation.
- Maintain statutory records, prepare company secretarial documents and arrange filings in a timely manner.
- Conduct due diligence and annual review for clients.
- Assist in visa application and payroll processes.
- Maintain company procedures and control lists are up-to-date.
- Maintain good client relationship.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Pay attention to details, sensitive to numbers and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized, highly self-motivated and proactive to provide excellent customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
