Account cum Admin
Salary:$2600 -$2800+
Working hours:9am-6pm (6 working days)
Benefits : Annual leave 7days
Working location : Kaki Bukit
Admin duties that include (but not limited to) the following:
- Preparing invoices, cheques, quotation
- Filing
- Data entry
- Book keeping
- Preparing payment vouchers
- Attending to customers inquiries professionally, through emails and calls.
Requirements:
- At least LCCI / Diploma / Degree in accounting/ finance
- Candidates with at least 3 year of relevant experience is
preferred
- Having accounting knowledge is advantageous
- Able to do bank recon
- Customer service oriented
- Multi-tasker with strong admin skills
