Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements- Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Communicate with customers- Handle customers bookkeeping of their accounts including but not limited to, entering income and expenses into their accounting software
Requirements and skills:- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks is an advantage
- Proficiency in Accounting Software, MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and MS Outlook;
Experience with general ledger functions- Good communication skills - Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin languages preferred
Quick to adapt and flexible, open to learning new skills, a team-player who can also be independent when required
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Pay: RM3,
- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
