Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate and distribute internal and external financial reports as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Monitor budget-to-actual variances and provide analysis to management.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management.
Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of efficient and effective accounting processes.

- Functional Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
