Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Act as Person-In-Charge (PIC) for the project financial control.
  • Ensure project financial report is completed before the due date.
  • Responsible for full-set of account (GL, AR, AP) for project.
  • Update ledgers and accounting system everyday.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, data entry, processing and recording.Handle and consolidate account.
  • Produce financial reporting on monthly basis.
  • Perform any other job function or any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time by management.

Job Requirements

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Have experience in full-set of accounting at least for 2 years
  • Knowledge in accounting software
  • Multitasking, discipline and independent
  • Able to work long hours and during weekend when required by management
  • Passion in humanitarian works
