Required Task- Assist in with accounts payable and receivable duties including processing invoices , expenses reports and payments.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting database.- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy
- Assist with month - end and year - end financial close process.
Ensure all financial data is recorded correctly and matches supporting documentations.
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Proven 2 to 3 years working experience as an Accountants Clerk or similar roles.
Proficiency in MS Office , particularly Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
