Assist the Finance Manager in the daily operations of Finance Department.- Maintain full set of accounts each assigned entities and ensure that the accounts are prepared accurately and on a timely basis.
Review supporting schedules for the financial statements, analysis, and reconciliation of GL accounts on monthly basis.
- Ensure Tax Invoices are prepared, and transactions are collected and settled on a timely basis and withholding tax settlement, if any.
Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department for all the companies to ensure that all finance functions and duties are discharged properly and accurately by the staff.- Ensure that the accounting procedures are followed as per accepted standard and policy.
Assist in the implementation and regular updates of financial policy, procedures, and plans (i.e., accounting policies, procedure manual updates).
- Liaise with various internal and external parties (auditor, tax agent, regional team etc.) regarding financial matters.
Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow forecast.- Prepare documents for internal auditor as required
Assist in the prepare monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Ensure that the accounting procedures are followed as per accepted standard and policy.
Review and ensure the accuracy of work done by the team; and to ensure work done within the deadline.- Ensure filing of documents are up to date and in systematic order for easy reference.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Management
At least , Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
- Certified with ACCA is an advantafe
English Language fluency spoken and written- Able converse in Mandarin is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling full set of accounts & from Auditor firm
