We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Trainer to join our team. The Account Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our clients on how to effectively use our accounting software and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support client training programs.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to clients on how to use our accounting software and tools.
Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of individual clients.- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure they are able to effectively implement and utilize our accounting software.
Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for additional training or support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounting software and training methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.- Proven experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or client-facing environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
