Handle full set of Account- Liaise and coordinate with auditor, internal auditor, tax agents, suppliers
General banking, supplier, customer reconciliation
- Monthly task including monthly profit and lose, compilation and finalization of monthly account, P&L, Balance sheet
Monitor the stock count and inventory report- Sync Shopee Account Data to SQL dan offset payment
Record, check monthly expenses claims, payroll
- Manage HR like EPF, Socso, EIS
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin is a MUST.
- At least 2 years experience in related field
Knowledge in SQL is added advantage- Able to handle full set of account
Can work independently and multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of relevant accounting software is advantageous
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines consistently
