Job Description

Job Responsibility

To handle full sets of accounts and daily operation works of Account Department.
Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard.
Handle account receivable, account payable and journal entries.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Perform analysis and reporting of management accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data.
Preparation and compilation of budgeting, forecasting, financial plans, cost monitoring and cash management.
Review, improve and ensure proper implementation of financial processes, policies and procedures.
Responsible for the submission of statutory accounts and tax submissions; liaise with banker, auditor and tax agent.
Monitor and supervise closely on day-to-day cash flow requirement.
Preparation of monthly payroll.
Scope of work will be revised depending on the managementÃ¢s needs/ request.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or full/partial professional qualification in Accounting.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL system
Computer literate
Good Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work under tight datelines and fast paced environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in both written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Positive working attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in hedging of foreign currency will be added advantage.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other dialects
