Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with leads through channels like cold calling to promote our products and onboard new clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering support with our platforms and products
Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets by effectively promoting our product and encouraging trading activityEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions, account opening procedures, and handling KYC verification documentation
Collaborate with colleagues in customer support, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of the team and the firm
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Hindi
Minimum of 2-3 years in a Forex brokerage, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, trading instruments, and client relationship management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and HindiCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environmentProactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
