Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable / collection function.
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers and the sales team to ensure timely collection.- Review and analyse credit applications and make credit decisions based on established criteria.
Establish and maintain credit limits for customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve billing and payment issues.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collection activities for management review.- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Comfortable working in
ALCOHOL industry Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounts receivable and credit control. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
Strong understanding of accounting principles and credit risk assessment.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
