Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Matching invoices & communicate with buyers, suppliers & requestor in order to settle PO & invoicing issue
- Prepare daily & monthly payment timely
- Update/Maintain prepayment account and amortization system
- Book journal entries for AP
- Reconcile statement of accounts to ensure records are accuracy & tally with the balance
- Update & follow up prepayment PO status.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
- Preferred with at least 2 years working experience in related job
- Possess knowledge in accounts payable
- Good in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and spreadsheet tabulations
- Able to communicate with working partners at foreign countries
- Having a strong aptitude for numbers and extremely detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with working partners at foreign countries
- Self-discipline, able to take stress and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (MUST HAVE) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts from China region.
