Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor monthly sales and stock forecast to ensure the optimum stock holding.
  • In charge of monitoring and track the arrival of shipment for stocks.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate promotional strategy/incentive mechanics based on different retailers.
  • Tracking on the usage of promotional budget.
  • Liaise with suppliers in developing design of in store display.
  • Monitor and track the productâs sell in and sell out.
  • Prepare monthly sales report & product performance report.
  • Prepare Monthly Business Review to principal.
  • Conduct research and analyzing competitorsâ pricing, assortment & product launches.
  • Conduct product training for part timers.
  • Liaise with designers & marketing department on artwork for retailersâ exposure.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing/Business Management or any business related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience & exposure in retail, beauty or FMCG
  • Good communication & a team player
  • Able to work independently, passionate and resourceful
  • Problem solving skills
  • Focused and well-organised person
  • Malaysian citizen only
