To handle a full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), and payment gateway reconciliation.
Liaise and coordinate with the auditor, internal auditor, tax agents, and suppliers.
Monthly tasks including monthly profit and loss, compilation and finalization of monthly account, P&L, and Balance Sheet, and updating monthly aging report.
Record, and check monthly expense claims and payroll.
Manage HR like EPF, Socso, and EIS.
To submit management report as per dateline/request.
To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum education requirement: Professional Certificate, Higher/ Advance Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years experience in accounting.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a MUST.
Able to handle a full set of accounts.
Can work independently and multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of relevant accounting software is required.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Good personality, positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined and dedicated to work.
Good communication skills.
