JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- _Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders._
_Gather information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services._- _Make sure that what was purchased arrives on schedule and meets the purchasers specifications._
_Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations._
- _Monitor inventory, perform buying duties when necessary, and contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries._
_Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to assist in determine the best bid, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, and calculate relevant costs._
- _Obliged to handle liquor stocks_
_At least have experience in purchasing or any related._ _On-duty meal provided_- _Uniform and laundry provided_
