The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our services. This candidate is required to be a strategic thinker, planner and an enthusiastic digital collaborator to constantly provide solutions and ensure successful delivery of projects. This candidate should also be able to contribute to our business growth by developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for client management matters
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Oversee and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to objectives and client needs
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth
Manage all reporting about the health of individual customer accounts and clearly communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Maintain existing business and grow new opportunities
Prepare proposals and comfortable in presenting to clients
Qualifications
Previous account management experience with 3-5 years in advertising/digital agency
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
Digitally savvy, articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role. Able to multi-task and have a positive mind set
Strong attention to detail and willing to learn and improve. Good organisation and planning skills
At least a diploma or higher education in Advertising or Mass/Digital Communication
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
Willingness and ability to travel
