Job Description

As an Audio Visual (AV) Account Manager or Inside Sales professional in the AV

industry, your primary responsibility revolves around cultivating and managing client

relationships while driving sales revenue. Here's a detailed breakdown of your job scope:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    - Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, understanding their AV needs,

    and providing tailored solutions.

    - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

    - Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and

    identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Sales Activities:

    - Prospect and qualify leads to expand the client base.

    - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase AV solutions to

    potential clients.

    - Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and quotations in collaboration with the

    sales team and technical experts.

    - Follow up on leads and sales inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Technical Expertise:

    - Possess a deep understanding of AV technologies, including audio systems, video

    conferencing equipment, projection systems, digital signage, and control systems.

    - Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies.

    - Translate technical specifications into value propositions for clients, addressing their

    specific needs and requirements.

  • Project Coordination:

    - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure

    seamless execution of AV projects.

    - Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and logistics to meet client

    expectations and deadlines.

    - Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to assess project requirements and

    feasibility.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy

    - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and

    new business opportunities.

    - Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales

    strategies and identify areas for improvement.

    - Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets, target specific industry verticals,

    or expand product offerings.

    - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline

    management in CRM systems.

    - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for review by senior

    management.

    support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Training and Development

    - Stay abreast of product updates, industry certifications, and professional

    development opportunities.

    - Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members, sharing best practices

    and sales techniques.
