We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Account Management team, with a focus on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.
Manage client accounts by coordinating with clients and operations teams to ensure SLAs are met.- Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor daily activities of your accounts to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Identify new opportunities and client requirements to assist the product team in developing new products and services.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
Increase client profitability.- Schedule regular service meetings and calls with clients to understand and scope their future business plans.
Handle client escalations as needed.
- Create work orders for clients regarding value-added service items.
Maintain high-touch relationship management.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce.- Relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Ecommerce, Order Fulfillment, or 3PL Account Management is essential.
Fluent to native level of English proficiency.
- Analytical skills with some sales experience.
Familiarity with Google Business Apps, Helpscout, Asana, and Slack is a significant advantage.

Strongly preferred: background in key account management within supply chain management, though experience in ecommerce will also be considered.- International mindset to effectively work with international clients, particularly from the West.
Understanding of startup culture is crucial, with the ability to wear multiple hats and proactively find solutions.
