JOB OVERVIEWThe Account Manager in the Financial Department will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing financial records with Maintenance Department.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance to senior management.
Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Develop and manage the companys annual budget and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
Reconcile payout reports and address any discrepancies.- Optimize cash management processes to improve financial efficiency.
Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.- Analyze sales trends, expenses, and profitability by product and distributor level.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
Candidate must possess at Bachelor/Degree, in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent, preferably MIA qualified.
- At least (6-8) years experience on related field is required for this position.
Candidate must be willing to work in Puchong.- Able to work in team and work independently.
Ability to work in automation, following up on the matter and solving matter.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced changing environment.
Knowledge in Financial Management, Microsoft Office; Excel, Words, Xero Accounting- Written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be an advantage)
