As an Account Manager at Link4, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that enhance their business operations through our eInvoicing solutions.
You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Support, and Product, to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a strong understanding of our solutions and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure their ongoing success.
This position is ready to commence immediately.
In this role, you will:
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
Identify opportunities for account growth and work with Sales to achieve targets
Ensure clients are satisfied with our solutions and services
Provide training and onboarding for new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback
Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention
