Position : Account Manager - Salary Range : RM 3,500 RM 4,000
- Location : KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur (near LRT Abdullah Hukum station)
- Working Hours : 10am 7pm (Monday to Friday)
Serve as the point of contact between Company and Wellness Advocates leaders.- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate and follow up on extenuating circumstances.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Wellness Advocates
- nstruct Wellness Advocates on Company policies and procedures.
Strategize with Wellness advocates by helping them to set measurable goals with an executable action plan to reach their goal/goals. Follow up as needed to assess effectiveness, adjust or to set new goals.- Call and email newly advanced leaders to welcome/congratulate them and introduce them to Account Management and the benefits this program provides.
Other responsibilities include emails, voicemails, chat and maintaining a page in the Leadership book for the members we work with.
Good command of multilingual languages (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Good command knowledge of MLM industry and Compensation Plan
Team player, enthusiastic, out-going, good communication and phone skills- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
