About the Role:
In this results-oriented position, you'll play a key role in expanding their footprint within the fintech space. You'll partner with existing clients to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging their industry-leading solutions for liquidity management, digital payment processing, and CRM. Your core focus will be on building long-term, successful partnerships that drive not only account adoption and expansion but also client satisfaction, advocacy, and renewals.
You will be responsible for:
Cultivating Trusted Relationships: Developing deep connections with clients, becoming their go-to advisor, and understanding their unique business challenges and goals.
Consultative Client Solutions: Collaboratively working with clients to identify opportunities where our solutions can drive value for the customer to achieve their long and short-term business objectives.
Outcome-Driven Approach: Championing a consultative approach that focuses on the client's business outcomes rather than simply listing product features.
Strategic Impact: Delivering impactful customer touchpoints such as business reviews, health checks, and renewal discussions that clearly showcase the value proposition of our solutions and how they drive positive client ROI.
Identifying Growth Opportunities: Identifying and qualifying upsell opportunities to drive upsell and expand existing accounts, exceeding growth targets.
Data-Driven Strategies: Tracking key metrics like churn rate, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and client satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies for continuous growth.
Industry Expertise: Staying abreast of industry trends in liquidity management, digital payment processing, and CRM solutions specific to brokers and investors.
Required
Client Expertise (3+ yrs): Experience managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations in a client-facing role (ideally customer success or similar). Technical product experience is a plus.
Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills and an ability to operate with rigor, leveraging data to find answers.
Executive Presence: Strong presentation skills with an executive presence, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
Proven Success: A history of success in a consultant, pre-sales, technical account management role, or equivalent.
Strategic Planning: Experience building comprehensive account plans that drive results.
Goal Achievement: Proven track record of achieving targets and goals, particularly within a sales setting.
Client Navigation: Experience handling difficult customer situations and demonstrating successful resolutions.
Teamwork: Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment with sales and services peers.
Self-Starter: Strong research and self-starting skills, demonstrating the ability to learn and adapt independently.
