ACCOUNTS MANAGERJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage and lead the Accounts & Finance Department;
Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company;- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting;
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles;
- Plan and arrange payments for suppliers, utilities and all outstanding amounts of the Company;
Mediate between organization, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the companys status and financial forecasts. Conduct training and regular assessment of financial procedures;
- Recruit and train Accounts and Finance staff;
Willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines to achieve the companys plans and objectives and work with integrity and practice professionalism all the time and to create a positive work culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Masters or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent;
Certified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of work and able to lead a team;
- Proficient user of accounting software;
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations;
High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to direct and supervise;
