Accounts Manager Experience 2 to 5 Years
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* At least having 5 years of experience in handling accounts and finance.
* Working knowledge of Payroll software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
* Highly detail-oriented with good planning and prioritizing skills to manage a varied and pressurized workload.
Job Description
* Maintain updated records of invoice and receipts, Ensure PF, tax, policy, and GST compliance.
* Processing payments to external partners and tracking receipts from customers
* Prepare,review, track and reconcile ledgers and budgets and statement of accounts
* Create Financial and Management reports on a monthly, quarterly, & annual basis
* Prepare Form 16 and 16A and filing TDS returns like 24Q and 26Q.
* Oversee Companies Act compliance, record-keeping, and coordination with auditors and Company Secretary.
