Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Account Manager at Diversified Gateway Berhad in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, promoting products and services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of ICT and networking solutions
• 3 - 5 years working experience in Telco or Large enterprise sales
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related field
