Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at DHL Express Malaysia in Georgetown. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
