- As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with the companys products or services.Renewal Management:
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and working towards renewing their contracts or subscriptions.Proactive Engagement: Taking a proactive approach in reaching out to clients before their renewal dates to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Customer Support: Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their continued success with the companys offerings.
Account Planning:
Developing strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities, aligning the companys products or services with the clients business objectives, and maximizing the value delivered to the client.Contract Negotiation:
Collaborating with the sales team and clients to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and renewal agreements, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties. Experience as a Customer Service Specialist or similar CS role- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Patience when handling tough cases
- BSc in Information Technology or a relevant diploma is preferred
