About Us
  • ChatDaddy is a fast-growing tech company helping SMEs and Enterprises expand their businesses more efficiently by leveraging WhatsApp. Were actively expanding into emerging markets and were looking for passionate, adventurous individuals to join us in this venture.
  • As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with the companys products or services.
Renewal Management: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and working towards renewing their contracts or subscriptions.Proactive Engagement: Taking a proactive approach in reaching out to clients before their renewal dates to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Customer Support: Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their continued success with the companys offerings.
Account Planning: Developing strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities, aligning the companys products or services with the clients business objectives, and maximizing the value delivered to the client.
Contract Negotiation: Collaborating with the sales team and clients to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and renewal agreements, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Requirements
Experience as a Customer Service Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
  • BSc in Information Technology or a relevant diploma is preferred
