Accounts Payable:
Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain vendor records.Accounts Receivable:
Monitor and manage incoming payments, handle customer invoicing, and reconcile accounts.Hotel Purchasing: Oversee procurement of hotel supplies, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Reporting:
Prepare financial reports and assist with budget preparation.Other Duties:
Assist with various accounting tasks and administrative support as needed.
