We are looking for an Account Management Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to develop the ZALORAs Fashion category. The primary focus in this role is to drive the growth of the assigned brands by being the spokesperson for Zalora. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence minds and make an impact at ZALORA.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with the assigned brands via email and phone by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA
- Monitor and drive the growth of the brands: create and execute on a strategic plan that delivers on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the Brand
- Liaise with brands on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate Sellers promotions into ZALORAs marketing calendar
- Work with the brands / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience
- Constantly review brands catalogue to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer experience
- Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands performance to senior management
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent English skills required. Mandarin speaking skill is a plus.
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Exposure in the e-commerce industry is preferred
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Advance working knowledge of Excel
