Job Description

Dapur Bagus KT Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and experienced Account HR Executive to oversee and manage the intersection of our human resources and accounting functions. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in both HR and accounting, who can ensure the smooth operation of payroll, benefits administration, financial reporting, and HR compliance.
  • Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Accounting:
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Collaborate with the finance team on audits, tax filings, and financial reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Strategic Support:
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on HR and financial matters.
Support the development and implementation of HR and financial strategies that align with company goals.
  • Lead and participate in HR and financial projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a combined HR and accounting role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and accounting software (e.g., Millions, SQL).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial and HR tasks.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Certification in HR or accounting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
