-Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Meticulous, positive and diligent
-Perform data entry with accuracy.
-Prepare, sort documents and filing as and when required.
-Assist in other administrative matters.
-Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
-Prepare and issue quotation, purchase order in a timely manner.
-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
-Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
-Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/O Level, Professional Certificate, LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent
-Computer literate with good understanding and command accounting software (SQL)
-Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written & verbal
-Able to start immediately or within short notice.
