Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, assess their needs, and assist them in selecting suitable eyewear or optical products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest eyewear trends, lens options, and product features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Sales: Actively promote and sell eyewear, lenses, and accessories to meet sales targets.
  • Fitting Assistance: Help customers with the fitting and adjustment of frames to ensure comfort and proper vision.
  • Edging lenses, adjustment and fitting lenses to frame
  • Handle daily shop cleanliness

Job Requirements

  • Achieve at least SPM certificate
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Able to do sales and assists customers in choosing frame
  • Good working ethnic
  • Willingness to learn
  • To be responsible for the daily shop operation
  • Can work 6 days in a week
