vivo Malaysia is hiring Accounts Executive!

• Job Responsibilities:

50% - AR & Inventory

• Raise Tax Invoice to bill customer based on orders

Issue official receipt to customer when payment received

• Inform customer outstanding balance

Performance Inventory Reconciliation

30% - AP & GL

• Raise Payment Voucher for payment made

Performance account adjustment as per requested

20% - Closing and Report and Other ad-hoc

• Monthly Closing and Prepare Management Report

Year Audit and Tax

• Other Ad-hoc

• Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance or Accounting.

Required skill(s): SQL accounting software.

Able to speak and write Mandarin will be added advantages.

Fresh graduates or age below 40 years old are welcome to apply.
