Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices & expense claims.- Prepare payments and monitor clients payments to ensure they are on schedule within the term period.
Handle daily accounting functions such as account payable, account receivable, petty cash, and cash flow management.
- Maintain management reports and ensure they are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standards.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management.- Liaise with third party regarding company account such as statutory parties, auditors and tax consultants for annual audit & tax.
_Requirements
_- Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounting or other higher academic qualification in accounting or equivalent.
Pleasant personality with good working attitude and independent.

Proficient in MS Office such as Word & Excel, experience in accounting systems will be added advantages.- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages is required.
Preferable candidates that able to start work immediately and willing to work in Setia Alam areas.
