You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve both maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Understand clients business needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients.
- Assist in the negotiation and renewal of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events to strengthen relationships and promote the companys offerings.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet account targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand clients business needs and provide effective solutions.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
