Job Description:- Full Set of Accounts Management:
Oversee and manage the complete accounting process, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- 2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights to management for decision-making.- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Conduct variance analysis to monitor financial performance and suggest corrective actions.
- 3. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their business objectives.
Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve any issues promptly.
- 4. Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- 5. Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide financial insights and support to other departments as needed.
Assist in the preparation of audit documents and liaise with external auditors.
- 6. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.- Monitor and manage financial risks, implementing controls to mitigate them.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and practices.
A
bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting or a related field.
Proven ability to handle a full set of accounts
independently.- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
