Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the Companys full set of accounts with minimal supervision;
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department, timely and accurate accounting data entries into the Companys accounting software, including preparing the Companys payment voucher and issuing cheques after receiving authorization from the Management on the compliance of internal control procedure and accounting policy.
- Prepare and perform monthly variance analysis on all expenses against the budget.
- Monitor bank balance / cash flow position and fund placement.
- Coordinate and prepare the financial budget / projection and performance target and Monitor financial performance against the budgeted / projected financial.
- Liaise with Head Office, Financial Institutions, auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters.
- Responsible in managing, updating, improving and maintaining an accurate and effective filing system;
- To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation or other accounting-related fields
At least 3- 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in construction industry would be an added advantage
Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility
Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines
Familiar with Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software and HR Software.
Good command of written & spoken English, Malay and Mandarin.
