Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Oxburgh International School)

• Location: Oxburgh International School, Batu 9 Cheras

Oxburgh International School, offering education from early years to secondary level, is seeking a skilled and meticulous Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our institution. • Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily communications and respond to queries at the bursary.

• Ensure accuracy of payments, amounts, and financial records.

Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.

• Record and file transactions systematically.

Control credit and chase outstanding debts.

• Process and file invoices accurately and promptly.

Maintain stock control to ensure adequate supplies and resources.

• Perform TNG reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial policies are adhered to.

• Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related accounting role.

Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in an educational setting is a plus.

• Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
