Job Description


  • Accounts Management:
Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Monitor, control, and resolve issues with creditors ledgers, ensuring timely settlement of outstanding payables.
  • Financial Documentation:
Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and manage accounts payable.
  • Maintain and file copies of payment vouchers, invoices, correspondences, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to accounting standards.
  • Audit and Compliance:
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and appointed financial consultants to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues and discrepancies.
  • Provides administrative support to other department
  • Reporting:
Submit monthly accounting reports, including debtor aging reports, cash flow analysis, and variance reports.

Requirements Qualifications:
  • Possess at least a Bachelor or Diploma in Finance/ Accounting/related fields with professional qualifications.
Candidates with more than 2 year experience in Accounting are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Proficiency in Accounting Software i.e. SQL, G-suite email office (Docs, Sheets, slides, etc) and other relevant software.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, organizing works, multi-tasking
  • Excellent initiative, communication, and administrative skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to job responsibilities.
  • Able to work as a team and take the initiative to learn and contribute

Based: Subang Jaya

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 27 - RM3,500.00 per month
