Job Description

Position Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will focus on managing internal accounts with key brands, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve coordinating internal processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management:
Manage and maintain internal accounts with key brands, ensuring accuracy and completeness of account information.
  • Track and analyze account sales data, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • 2. Customer Service:
Handle customer orders, inquiries, and issues, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with products and services.
  • 3. Internal Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (such as procurement, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
  • 4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor account performance and generate sales and account-related reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and data, providing improvement recommendations and developing optimization strategies.
  • 5. Order Processing:
Manage customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and delivery.
  • Ensure order accuracy and resolve any order-related issues.
Contract and Agreement Management:
  • Manage and update customer contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
Regularly review contracts to ensure alignment with company business strategies.
  • Qualifications:
Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry.
