Handle full sets of accounts (Including GL, AR, AP).- Assist in preparation of monthly reports, monthly forecast and annual budgets correlated to a project.
Manage and handle all aspects in relation to banking matters.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts.
Assist the Finance team in the overall management of the transaction activities.- Prepare Accounts payable monthly payment.
Perform Accounts Receivable collection function.
- Verify staff claims and suppliers invoices.
Able to handle account book keeping and maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping.
