Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle account and cash flow management
  • Handle payable and receivable account
  • Do filing and back up
  • Calculate sales commission, key in small amount payment vouchers / refund etc
  • Calculate company staff's salary
  • Know how to do closing, get ready the file and document for Auditor to check
  • General admin task will be assigned

Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude and have teamwork spirit
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Focus and meticulous while working
  • Professional working efficiency
  • Experiences in handling full set account
