Job Responsibility- To handle full set of accounts including day to day operations matters.
To perform monthly closing of accounts.To ensure financial statements are accurate and timely.
To prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, cash flow projections, fixed assets register, SST submission and relevant reports for management and statutory / external reporting purposes or tax filling for submission.
- To prepare reconciliation of AP, AR, inter-company, and band transactions.
To prepare and co-ordinate ad-hoc management reports and report analysis.To perform monthly collection, timely follow up with the collection and identify problem, cases for a further action.
Liaise with Business Units, External Auditor, Internal Auditors, tax Agents, bankers where required.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Good command over financial systems and processes.
Conscientious, analytical and strong attention to details.- Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with peoples.
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Good command in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Possess the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.- Proactive, self-disciplined and good team player.
Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin
