Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Monitoring AP and ensure suppliers paid on time and checking on AP accounts are entered in accurate accounting codes.
  • Checking through AP invoices are attached with PO, DO and other related matters before approving payments.
  • Preparation of necessary journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts and ensure data accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure adequate funding for operations

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in accounting/ LCCI/ Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
  • Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English. However, communication in Mandarin is a must.
