Prepare monthly financial report and report required by Management on timely basis.- Handling Daily Accounts Receivable (AR)/Accounts Payable (AP) Function
Ensuring all payments are made based on the Standard Procedure of the Company
- Updating cash book, banking administration, processing of payments
Performing bank reconciliation for both excel cash book and accounting system- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
Maintaining, preparing & monitoring aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment
- Maintain proper record and organization of filling system
Qualification & Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Required skill(s): UBS Accounting, MS Office.
Independent, motivated attitude, fast learner & team-oriented
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an added advantage)
