Job Description:- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and collection.
Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance documents.- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification or progress towards CPA preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiar with accounting software is advantageous.
