Job Description
* Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
* Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
* Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Support internal and external audits as required.
* Collaborate with the Finance Manager to implement financial controls and processes.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
* Proficiency in accounting software especially Autocount and MS Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills in both English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. to inform decisions
