We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join the awesomeness of Indoleads.com in Kuala Lumpur. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee various aspects of the accounting and finance operations and reporting of assigned entities.
- Preparation of financial reports and financial statements in compliance with FRS.
- Ensure annual statutory audits are carried out smoothly.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with Senior Finance Controller.
- Assisting the manager with overseas branch report and daily task.
- Assist in consolidation of accounts.
- Manage and supervise daily operations on receipts, payments, accounts receivables and payables.
- Maintain accounting systems, backup and schedule processing.
- Review payment vouchers, receipts and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely preparation of reports.
Who we're looking for
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
- Prior working experience in Malaysia.
- Familiar with Malaysia taxes.
- Computer literate and proficient in accounting software (XERO)
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and needs of the department or business goals.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced & start-up environment.
- Proactive, independent thinker with high energy & positive attitude.
