Handle the full set of accounts.- Process and record financial transactions accurately.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Financial Statements and Bank Reconciliations.
Support to budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Monitor and analyze logistics-related expenses and costs.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and support cost control initiatives.
Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and procedures.
- Recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- 6. Coordination and Support:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information related to logistics operations.
- Support financial planning and analysis activities.
- 7. Documentation and Filing:
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, experience in logistics industry is highly preferable.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
